This absolutely glorious bow front chest of drawers, handcrafted out of mahogany in the Victorian Era (1840’s Est) with oak lined drawers is an wonderful piece, the incredible blackened distress marks that are displayed all over the piece really make this piece stand out as true historic piece, even the original turned wooden knobs have a detailed craving around each knob. Standing on original splayed feet which took incredible amount of time to do, including the hand carved fish belly plinth. There’s a lot to say about this piece & even more to look at when it’s sitting in the perfect place of your home.

This piece has been restored by Taylors Directs in house restorationists, cabinet work on parts of the cock beading & finished in a Harrell’s antique wax to seal in in a wonderful shine.
